Hoyas prefer bright light and do not need a lot of water (in fact, they are easy to kill via overwatering). You can use the leaves to help you gauge when they need water- the leaves feel soft vs full and harder. You can also use a moisture meter to determine when the soil is super dry.

Hoya Linearis is a fun trailing plant. I gave the mom plant a "haircut" in order to create these cuttings.

Hoyas tend to have shallow root systems. Do not pot in a large pot when it's ready to get into soil!
