Heartleaf Philodendron is a very easy plant that can tolerate low light. The mom plant is located on the far wall of a room with an east-facing window. If placed in brighter light, it'll grow faster- but it does just fine in lower light.

Water when the soil feels dry if you stick your finger down into the pot. Similar to pothos plants, these can tolerate less watering than other plants and are pretty hearty overall.
